Demand Hammer ("Demand Hammer," "we," "us," "our") is a Utah-based marketing agency that provides lead generation services for home service contractors. This policy explains what information we collect through demandhammer.com and how we handle it.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:

• Information you submit through our forms. When you complete a strategy-call or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, trade, city or service area, and — if you choose to provide it — an approximate monthly revenue range.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call;
• Prepare a cost-per-lead estimate and proposal for your trade and market;
• Provide and manage marketing services if you become a client;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you first.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our CRM and email platform — and only so they can perform those functions for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see Section 7).

6. Cookies and Third-Party Services

This site does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. It loads Google Fonts from Google's servers. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. To make a request, email hello@demandhammer.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
